Good day Dear Readers!
Today’s photo challenge is: MASTERPIECE.
A beautiful picture on The Daily Post illustrating this theme, as seen here: http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/07/26/out-of-this-world/#more-31600
So I decided to post some photographs that I took while I was on vacation in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. We stayed at the Aria hotel for one week. My fiancée was at a work conference and I was able to tag-along for the ride (no hotel expenses) whohoo!
Las Vegas is a magical city filled with bright lights and architecture that stimulates your imagination. I totally had sensory overload! The hotels are vast, the restaurants delicious and its people diverse. If you’ve ever been to Vegas you know that the hotels do not shy away from being a masterpiece. Each building (old or new) has a unique theme and the architecture is pretty amazing to fest your eyes upon. One location that stood out in particular for me was The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino. It’s definitely a luxury hotel, situated between Harrah’s and The Palazzo on the east side of Las Vegas Strip.
The design architect for this project was Steelman Partners. Interior design was provided by Dalton, Steelman, Arias and Associates and boy did they do a good job. You feel like a Princess just walking into its halls. Below are some pictures I took while browsing at The Venetian. My favorite spot was a beautiful cherry blooms tree that was just oozing pink and white flowers, twigs and leafs— stunning to gaze at. I enjoyed this hotel very much and would love to stay there one day, on my next vacation to Vegas.
P.S. to my fiancée, Vegas is where he proposed which means…”We’ll always have Vegas baby” love u.
